Hi All ,

Just iterating the importance of the no carparking onsite at any time . We understand its frustrating but this is important for the the hospital our client and Erilyan that we abide by there rules .

All trades are to drop off tools and materials for a maximum of 10 mins noting that hospital deliveries take priority which means you are required to remain on the Avenue until the loading zone is clear if there is congestion .Please see the Erilyan site team if you require anymore information on this matter .

Hi All,

As we have just commenced work on the Avenue Private Hospital project, we must be very mindful that we are working in a live environment.

Today we had a vehicle parked out the front of our site compound and a delivery truck could not gain access to the Hospital as the ute was in the way. This delivery truck was from BOC (gas truck) and could not make the delivery to the Hospital.

Each morning it is ok to park out the front of the compound to quickly unload tools, and then move the vehicles, Hospital deliveries will always take priority.

Please talk to all your site employees and make them aware. I will reiterate this each morning in the prestart. I have attached our site layout plan for your information.

Please note significant penalties including re inductions to site will apply
